1. Will autoVPN be working on alternative browsers?
autoVPN works correctly with all browsers supporting ActiveX. If a browser of a virtual network end user does not support ActiveX, corresponding plugin should be downloaded and installed: for Mozilla Firefox: version 1.õ, version 1.5 and above; for Opera.
2. Can autoVPN work on a smartphone?
No. autoVPN works only on PCs under Windows (98, ME, NT 4, 2000, 2003, XP).
3. I can't see any form on the web page (or page hasn't been loaded).
The problem is in running ActiveX control in your browser.
- please check that your browser supports ActiveX control (reffer question 1 above);
- please check that ActiveX control enabled in the browser settings. For example, in Internet Explorer
- from the Tools menu, choose Internet Options...
- select the Security tab, and then click the Custom Level button.
- scroll to "Run ActiveX Controls and Plug Ins" and select the radio button next to Enable.
- click OK, and then OK again.
4. We use Windows 98. We heard that we need to upgrade the OS to use VPN. How shall we do it?
